The annual back packing fundraiser weekend is coming up on the June bank holiday weekend and any volunteers can they please contact their trainers with a time to help out as any time generously donated is greatly appreciated by the committee and will greatly assist in the day to day costs of the running of the club.

On the field the minors & juveniles are currently approaching their break for the upcoming exams and we would like to take this opportunity to wish any of our players involved in the state examinations the very best of luck with them in the coming weeks!

Having secured the Div 2 Special Minor League Title a number of weeks ago the u18's started their league campaign with a hard fought draw against Dromard in their 1st game. The visitors got off to a great start and a heafty lead at half time but credit to the lads who dug in deep to grind out a result in a sunny Clonbony! At going to print the result of the 3rd round encounter with Ardagh/Drumlish is not known but details will follow next week.

Our Juvinilles finished their league campaign with an away trip to Clonguish last weekend. The home side proved too strong on the night and attentions now turn to the championship which is due to start mid-July! Well done to all involved in the league campaign.

U10s are looking forward to hosting its U10 blitz on May 24th at 7 PM, where we will have the clubs of Southern Gaels, Ballymahon-Forgney and Granard in attendance. We expect to have near 10 teams in total, which will make it an exciting and bustling event, with the good weather as promised.

U8s - Hosted our first blitz of the season, a big thank you for everyone who helped out, it was a wonderful day.
